Hi! Do as much research as possible! Property on the beaches and close to beaches are very expensive--and there are deals out there. I would suggest coming down here for at least 1 month to see if you like it--there are so many areas to choose from depending on your taste. We live on $1500/month, but then we own our home and cars and don't have any outstanding bills. Send me a private email and I will answer your questions.

Help I see you are also looking to move to Panama. We have a trip scheduled the end of May and are trying to decide whether to go through a Realtor (not sure we really want to buy yet) or set up or own trip. Any suggestions. Have you traveled to Panama yet? Thanks for your help T & M
